- nf-core/createtaxdb pipeline with a focus on the first release milestone

Goals
- Create modules for taxonomic classifiers (beginner friendly tasks):
- metacache
- metabuli
- melon
- Add the classifiers to the taxprofiler workflow
- (Optionally) Work on pipeline chaining approach
- Add support for KMCP databases
