This project aims to update, review, and release the version of the CoproID coprolite identification pipeline. With the last major release in 2020, CoproID version 2.0 is an entire rewrite of the original pipeline, with Meriam Van Os (@MeriamOs) as a major contributor.
Goals
- Try the rewrite of the pipeline (on the dev branch)
- Find bugs
- Merge dev into master
- Release 🎆
